Received at the completion of the quest 'No One Escapes Cidhna Mine' if you choose to help the Forsworn leader Madanach. If you instead choose to kill Madanach, you will receive the Silver-Blood Family Ring.

Notes
- The display can take both the original and the replica.
- If you helped Madanach and got the original, you only need to have had the original in your inventory for the replica recipe to be available.
- If you instead chose to kill Madanach, the replica recipes for the Old God armor pieces will not unlock, and you will instead receive the Silver-Blood Family Ring from Thonar Silver-Blood.
