Acquisition

• The enchanted version can be found next to the rune stone in the middle of the main chamber of the Sancre Tor Entry Halls.
• Unenchanted versions can be bought from Kpatch at The Mad Masker in Pelagius' mind (aka The Mind of a Madman); or randomly be found in loot containers and worn by enemies (from level 32 onwards).
