Acquisition
Alftand Ruined Tower, on a stone table at the very top, next to Bthurmac.
Notes
- Requires Artifacts of Skyrim.
- Must be used with a filled Grand or Black Soul Gem in your inventory to make Bthurmac temporarily usable. Azura's Star and The Black Star can both be given to permanently fix the staff, at the cost of losing either gem.
- This item no longer has a display spot in Legacy v5.
