Classic Version
In the Hall of Secrets you can store the things you attain in unlawful ways, such as trophies from the special Thieves Guild jobs and skulls of the people you kill during the Dark Brotherhood questline. The entrance is hidden in the Dragonborn Hall.
There are also two special areas of the secret lair. One beyond the upperleft of the dias is dedicated to werewolves and contains the Werewolf Totem Display. The other, on the far right is dedicated to vampires who sided with the Volkihar Vampire Clan during the Dawnguard questline.
The displays found here are in order as how they are seen from the entrance to the Hall of Secrets, starting from the left.

Blood Shrine, Coffin of Vulom and Shrine to Molag Bal
In addition to the collectables displays, the area features a throne, a coffin, a shrine to Molag Bal , the coffin of Vulom (activated after 'Someone with Backbone' from the mod Wyrmstooth has been completed) and a statue named 'Blood Shrine'. The Blood shrine can be activated as a Vampire Lord, but it's functionality is cut content of the Dawnguard DLC, so it's recommended you don't use it.

In addition to the Totem Display, this area features large amounts of harvestable alchemy components, a dead bear and a dead farmer being as cuddly as they were in life. Although not accessible, a dead deer (buck) can be seen floating in the moat.

- Classic only: If Destroy the Thieves Guild is active, the hood can be looted from Delvin's or Vex's corpse.
- SSE only: If Destroy the Thieves Guild is active, the hood can be looted from Mercer Frey.
- Guild Master's Armor:
- Given by Tonilia at the end of the Thieves Guild quest 'Under New Management'.
- The armor can also be obtained by pickpocketing it from Brynjolf, Vex or Delvin (Perfect Touch perk needed), however, it cannot be tempered until 'Under New Management' is completed.

- SSE only: Although Destroy the Thieves Guild has finally been ported to SSE, the item is not available there, but the classic acquisition method has been added by Legacy in addition to the "normal" one. - Golden Ship Model:

- Jeweled Candlestick:

- Classic only: When using Destroy the Thieves Guild, it will instead be in Bits and Pieces in Solitude, where it can either be bought or stolen.

- Crown of Barenziah (replica): Tolvald's Crossing, after finding all 24 Stones of Barenziah for Vex as part of the quest No Stone Unturned. The replica must be made at the Replica Station in the Curator's Office with the following materials: 2 Gold Ingots, 5 Amethysts.
- The Hand of Glory: Created by the player during the quest 'The Hand of Glory' given by Greigor in the Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary near Falkreath or (SSE only) in the Dawnstar Sanctuary.

Notes:
If the skull wasn’t looted and the body despawns, a coffin can be found later in the Solitude Hall of the Dead, containing the skull and other belongings of Vittoria. It takes about 10-15 in-game days for the coffin to receive the items.
Known bugs:
When using the gargoyle to kill Vittoria, the NPC body can get stuck underneath rendering it invisible, but items sometimes still can be looted.

- SSE: Hall of Valor in Sovngarde, on top of a barrel along the wall across from the entrance.
- Classic: Atop the Throat of the World.
- Khajiit Head: The Ratway Warrens in Riften, Esbern's room, on a top shelf behind the desk.
- Orc Head: Skuldafn Temple, on a top shelf in a side room before the exit.
- Burnt Head: Helgen Keep, in one of the sidetunnels when escaping the attack at the start of the game. The head is beside a skeleton at the end of the tunnel.
