Redoran's Retreat, in the boss chest in the last room.
Treasure
Pelagia Farm, up in the mountains southwest of the farm.
Start from the front of the windmill at Pelagia Farm and travel directly south-east (cross-country) until you get to the road to Riverwood. Follow the road until you see the waterfall.
Then travel directly west, leave the road and go further west and uphills all the way to the end of the mountain ridge.
