Acquisition
- Ragged Flagon Cistern in Riften, appears on the shelf behind Mercer Frey's desk after completing 55 Thieves Guild jobs.
- Classic only: When using Destroy the Thieves Guild, it will instead be in Riverwood Trader in Riverwood, where it can either be bought or stolen.
- SSE only: Although Destroy the Thieves Guild has finally been ported to SSE, the item is not available there, but the classic acquisition method has been added by Legacy in addition to the "normal" one. So if you don't want to do 55 jobs, you can still acquire the item from Riverwood Trader.
Notes
- Part of the unmarked quest The Litany of Larceny.
- An alternative (and easy, but one that may be seen as exploiting a weakness in the game) way to get this item on display is to do Burglary and Sweep jobs for Vex. Once you have the item, go and put it on display. You can still complete the quest and the item will remain on display.
