Calcelmo's Laboratory in Understone Keep in Markarth, on a table in the first room on the left as you enter the area from the Dwemer Museum. The Laboratory is visited during the Thieves Guild quest Hard Answers.

- The display can take both the original and the replica.
- You need to have the original in your inventory for the replica recipe to be available.
