I don't think the replica is actually obtainable?
It is NOT obtainable during Shattered Legacy, NOT during The Ayleid Crossroad and NOT after both. So I'm not sure when it could be available otherwise? - Scarten 17:32, May 26, 2018

You do not, it gets replaced in your inventory by the spell scroll.
